As a solopreneur who launched inaugural coaching programs for diverse employees spanning nonprofit, corporate and public sectors, I weave together intuition and strategy to support leaders seeking more impact by gaining clarity and peace.

 

With a career spanning over twenty years, my coaching approach has been influenced through successes and lessons learned as a Black woman and introvert in industries including tech, ed tech, financial services and higher ed.
